Privacy policy (English)

We are Erica and Ran, a private couple getting married on 23 December 2026. We use WhatsApp to send our guests invitations, reminders and a thank-you message. This page explains what information we hold and how we use it.

What we hold. Your name and phone number (provided by us, our families or friends), your RSVP and number of attendees, the replies and messages you send us on WhatsApp, our own notes such as seating or dietary preferences, and a record of gifts so we can thank you.

Why. Only to organize the wedding: sending the invitation, collecting RSVPs, sending reminders and directions, planning seating and thanking you afterwards. We don't send marketing, and we never sell or share your information.

Where. On our personal computer, not in a cloud service. Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under the WhatsApp Business terms.

How long. Up to three months after the wedding, after which we delete the guest list and messages.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop messaging you. Message us on WhatsApp at the number your invitation came from, or email contact@example.com.
